Is this consulting?

Not in the traditional corporate sense. We don’t do retainers or long-term contracts. Think of us as practical advisory support and coaching when you need it.

Do you tell me exactly what to do?

No. You still make the decisions. We help you think clearly and move forward confidently.

Are you a replacement for legal, accounting, or HR advice?

No. We don’t provide regulated professional advice. We prepare you for the right conversations with those professionals.

What Challenges can we talk about?

Operations, staffing, pricing, cash flow, customer issues, marketing, planning, growth, burnout, and anything else that comes with running a small business.

Do you meet in person or online?

We offer both. In-person sessions are available in Phoenix and Kelowna.

How do Sessions work?

Choose a session length, book a time, fill out the short intake form, meet with us, and leave with clarity and a plan.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Not required. Bring documents or ideas if you want. If you’re overwhelmed, just show up as you are.

Will one session help?

Most clients say yes. A single conversation can create clarity and momentum.

What if I need more than one session?

 You can book anytime. We also offer bundles:
• 3 sessions: 10 percent off
• 5 sessions: 15 percent off

Can I record my session?

Yes. You may record for personal use only, as long as you tell us at the start.

Do you send follow-up notes?

Yes, when helpful, we’ll send a summary of key points and next steps.

Can I email you between sessions?

Yes, within reason, for brief clarifications.

Do you sign NDAs?

Generally no, unless a longer-term engagement is involved.

What is your cancelation policy?

 No refunds for completed sessions. Missed appointments are charged 50 percent.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is collected at booking through Stripe.
